What is the format of the tournament?

The tournament will be played in a scramble format, meaning each foursome works together as a team. Everyone tees off, and the team selects the best shot. From there, all players hit from that spot, and this continues until the hole is completed. The team shares a single score, making it fun and fast-paced for golfers of all skill levels.

How long does the tournament usually last?

On average, the tournament runs about 4.5 hours, depending on the pace of play. There will be breaks for on-course refreshments, and golfers can unwind during the cocktail hour after the game.

What does a shotgun start mean?

A shotgun start means all teams begin playing simultaneously but on different holes. Instead of everyone starting at hole 1, each foursome begins on a different hole around the course, ensuring a smooth and timely flow for the event.

How much does it cost to play in the tournament?

The registration fee is $1,500 per foursome.

What is included in the registration fee?

Can I register as an individual, or do I need a full foursome?

Yes, you can register as an individual. We’ll pair you with other players to form a foursome, so you can still enjoy the full tournament experience.

On-Course Amenities

Will lunch be provided for golfers?

Yes, lunch will be provided for all golfers. When you register, you’ll have the opportunity to select a lunch option and indicate any dietary restrictions to ensure everyone is well taken care of.

Will there be refreshments available during the tournament?

Absolutely! There will be refreshments throughout the course, with vendors stationed at various holes. You’ll also find coffee at check-in and plenty of water available for all golfers to stay hydrated.

Are caddies or golf carts provided?

Caddies won’t be provided, but each foursome will have access to golf carts, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience on the course.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Typical golf attire is required. We recommend collared shirts, golf slacks or shorts, and soft-spike golf shoes. Please avoid denim or athletic wear, as per standard club policy.

Post-Tournament Events

Can I attend the cocktail hour only, or do I need to play in the tournament?

Yes, you can attend the cocktail hour without playing in the tournament. It’s open to everyone who wants to join the fun and support the cause. Click here to register for the dinner!

Do I need a ticket to attend the dinner and live auction?

Yes, you’ll need a ticket to attend the cocktail dinner and live auction. Be sure to secure your ticket in advance!

Can I bring a guest to the cocktail hour or dinner?

Of course! Guests are welcome, but they’ll also need a ticket to enter the event.

What is the prize for winning the tournament, and when will we know the winner?

The prize for the winning team is still TBD, but rest assured, it’ll be something special! The winners will be announced at the start of Dinner.

When will the silent auction open and close?

The silent auction will be available online shortly before the event, and items will also be on display throughout the day. Stay tuned for updates!
